Nationwide Vision

I took my 4 year old daughter in for glasses and the staff acted like I was a problem to help us. We did get her glasses picked out and ordered, they said it would be 7-10 days for them to come in and after 2+ glasses kept slipping down her nose; when I took her back in to have them adjust the glasses they were annoyed and maybe I needed to get a different frame they have at one of the branches. Why didn't they mention that when we were ordering them? Also the frame was slightly out of shape ( imagine with a 4 year old) we purchased the extra insurance for the frames and when I asked the woman to fix that she said she could not fix it because they might 'break'. Why did I pay EXTRA for insurance if you won't even stand behind your own product? She didn't break them. I would never recommend this office to ANYONE.
