La Mesa RV

Customer service after the sale is worse than terrible. When I call they aren't available but promise to call back. Doesn't happen. They are all honey and syrup until you sign on the dotted line then you become cow dung.

I had the misfortune of having to deal with the service department at La Mesa RV-Tucson after my fuel pump went out. I arranged to have the RV towed from where it broke down and arrived at the service department at 4:50 pm on a week day. The tow truck/RV was 20 minutes behind me and I was told that there would be no one in the service department at 5:10, there was no place for the tow driver to drop the vehicle and they had no key drop. The service department was completely uninterested in assisting me and no one would stay the extra ten minutes. I've never seen such a horrible customer service attitude. They apparently don't need the business which is fine since they'll never see me again. I'll tow it to Phoenix before I pay them a dime.

We purchased a new motorhome from them and gave them 8 days to prep it for delivery. They knew we were leaving on a long trip and had to have everything in good working order for departure. When we arrived to pick it up, it was filthy, had paint damage, interior damage that had occurred since we bought it, etc. etc. We have a long list. I would never recommend them as their service after the sale is the worst I have ever seen. They're only interested in getting your money. Now we have to take it all the way to Iowa to get it fixed right.

We bought an RV from LaMesa in Tucson. We were told that the RV had been used as a demo and had never been titled. We found out after buying it that this was an absolute lie. I called Winnebago corporate and it had been purchased and titled by an individual in March 2008 in Buloxi,MS. They flat lied to us and by more than one individual. We feel they had no integrity and will not deal with us for some type of compentation. We would have never bought this MH if we had known the truth. We feel LaMesa personnel is not ethical and will say anything to sell a vehicle. We are so very dissappointed in all the personnel that we have discussed this with. We are not happy customers and can not feel comfortable recommending LaMesa to anyone. Being up front and truthfull is #1 in importance to us.

La Mesa RV is the BEST! From the sales people to the repair men, they go out of their way to take care of you. They are professional in all they do, but friendly and really care about their customers. Thank you La Mesa for making our life easier. June and Ray Croxford
