        La Frontera Center is a nonprofit, community-based behavioral health agency that has been serving children, adults and families in southern Arizona since 1968. The agency provides substance abuse prevention and general mental health services for adults. Its outpatient services include education, therapy, psychiatric assessment and medication management for individuals with mental health disorders. La Frontera Center offers early intervention services and summer programs for children with developmental delays. It also provides permanent and transitional housing services for individuals fighting substance abuse and addiction. La Frontera Center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and has a partnership with Mental Health Corporations of America.
