Great service- our air conditioner broke in the middle of a hot Tucson summer. Paul was there that same day and diagnosed the problem , ordered the parts and explained the challenge and costs wonderfully. His transparency and clarity allowed me to take my specific problem to Google and ensure that we were getting the best possible value.
We were initially told that we would be without AC for 7-10 and they had it repaired within five business days. Wonderful response time and highly knowledgeable in the field! We will be customers for life moving forward because of Paul, Michelle and the team.

Danny was very efficient keeping me informed along the way as to the troubleshooting. With a minor fix our system is up and running again we are so thankful to be cool once again!

TOTAL RIP -OFF ARTIST ! My elderly mother lives in Tucson, I live in Atlanta. I get a call from this company telling me they can repair her ac for 756.00 . This was at 5:05 while i'm driving home (no time to research) I approved the repairs. At 5:41 they call to get payment. No kidding. It turns out they installed a 42.00 part and some oil the rest was labor. = $1,400.00 per hour.

What a great company to use I would recommend them for any of your AC and heating needs also plumbing water heaters and drains. I made an appointment the same day in the came out no matter how late. Technician Rob is definitely worth requesting! I'd recommend over & over Intelligent Air!

The best in Tucson! Our heater went out the very first night we brought our twins home from the hospital. Andrew sent someone out right away and within the hour we had heat and a new thermostat! Thanks Andrew.
