Excellent customer service, great prices and great equipment!!!

I started my vape journey with these guys. decided it was time to cut down on cigarettes. Freedom smoke was recommended by a friend because they were located nearby and had a fair assortment of options.

it cost me @ $100 to get setup on a kanger evod tank with 2 kanger vv 1000 batteries, 2 spare 1.5 coils, and a 10 ml e juice. I was very surprised to learn that they DO NOT offer any of the available blister kit starter packs like many others have for you to get started at an affordable price. They told me, "We don't do that here, we help you get set-up and save you money".

All items I purchased came wrapped in little plastic bags (no box packaging)that were stacked up in large plastic storage tubs behind the counter. I found this a bit interesting, but hey...I'm new to this.

first issue- (1 day later) was a faulty coil......."sorry no warranty"

second issue-(1 day later) both batteries were going dead in 3 hours....."they said they would last me @ 9 hours each"".

third issue- (2 days later) I took the batteries in to them saying maybe they are defective??.........thet said they would have to use a needle to lift the button on top of them and test them. I decided to leave one battery there to be tested for warranty. Three days later I called them (they never bothered to call me as promised) they said that one of their Representatives smoked on it "All Day for 9 hours" and it worked Great!".

I returned to the store and picked up my battery which still only lasts me @ 3 hours (same as my other one).

fourth issue- (5 or 6 days later) tank started leaking and cutting off intermittently ...............

I went to another local smoke shop (Moon Smoke Shop), they looked at my gear and informed me that my coils were a very old 1.5 ohm style and had Many issues. I then become angry and decided to buy a better (non- problematic) tank, I chose a Nautilus Mini :)

I have since told all my friends about the horrible experience I encountered at Freedom Smoke and how I will Never spend another dime in the store since I feel like I was sold old and defective merchandise.

I Now purchase my accessories from "Moon Smoke" and "SouthWest Tobacco"......

I get my custom blended e-juice from "Vapr" on Grant Blvd & Swan at a Very good price.

and if I need something that my local guys don't carry, I order it from the trusty guys at "World of Vapor"online.

It's a good thing if you don't mind going back to the store every week to replace everything that breaks
