Cons:

Apartments have electrical problems.

Apartments are falling apart i.e. linoleum, kitchen drawars, roof, electrical plugs

Roaches, roaches, roaches!

When something is broken, like a faucet or water pump from swamp cooler, it takes more than 3 or 4 days to get it fixed...if you're lucky!

Neighbors come and ask you if he or she can borrow 2,3,4,10, or 20 dollars.

Neighbors come and ask you if you have quarters because they want to do laundry.



Pros:

Reasonable rent.

Close to Suntran bus stop

There's always drama in the apartment complex in case you don't have any cable.
