Itay was very prompt, he cleaned all of my coils better than anyone else in the company ever did. We recommend your company to everyone now because of Itay’s excellent service that he does every time he is at our house. After the service was done today he even cleaned our attic door and changed the filter. Then he asked if we needed anything heavy moved or done before he left. If it were possible we would like your company to come out more than 2 times per year so that we could see him do his work more as it is always a pleasant experience!

Technician who did the home performance evaluation appears to be very knowledgeable and was very helpful in answering any questions. he performed his work efficiently and effectively. The last person who came to check and do the maintenance work when completed was great too.

RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!!! . This company's tactic is bait and switch. DON'T DO BUSINESS with this company unless you like to hand your money over for no good reason. Our HVAC unit is 6 years old. We called just for a maintenance service call like we do where ever we live. The guy they sent out was just not smart and didn't know when to stop. He claimed that there were all these things wrong with the unit the THREAT was that unless we repaired these items over time it would cost us more money and more parts and a new motor etc. By the time he was done the trumped up charges exceeded $1,500. The whole and the sum of their game plan was to get you so worked up about all these PROBLEMS and the astronomical cost they drum up that you are duped into buying their PLAN which would HELP you out with the costs. REALLY???!!! The shortest PLAN offered was 5 years at $1000. up front or you can pay over several months. The $29.(discounted from $39.) I paid for the visit was to inform you the customer of how they were going to help you out and save you from something worse. WARNING: STAY AWAY, DON'T CALL THEM, DON'T LET THEM CALL YOU, DON'T USE THEM OR THEY WILL USE YOU and take you to the CLEANERS. I got a 2nd opinion and a year maintenance agreement for $150 for Fall and Spring. The guy that came out didn't even blink at the baloney that Desert Valley claimed was wrong!

Ermando was very good at explaining and suggesting changes needed. I had been told that I should have new windows; he showed me where the only leak was located and what could be done to correct the problem without a huge cost. Thank you.

They came out because our AC WAs not working, ( It was 111 out may I mention ) after 10 minutes the technician came in and said it was a sensor and it would cost 1,085.00 to fix or I could sign up with there program where they come out 3 times a year to check the heating and cooling system and that costs 1,000 dollars, considering it was so hot out we went ahead and signed on to there program.... Come to find out from others the place is a ripoff, the part they originally fixed was quoted at two other places at 260.00 $ and this plan we signed up with our neighbor said they had nothing but problems with them, every time they came something had to be fixed!!!! BEWARE. BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!

Desert Valley is quick and the quality of work is even better. Usually when a company is fast their quality of work decreases. This company was the opposite. Very Happy Customer.
