D & D Athletic Lettering

This is the worst experience in my life with a local company. I ordered a simple hat (in stock) with ONE letter on it. I was given a pick up date of one week, week came and went, They never called. (its their policy that they don't call customers when the work is done) I called in asked for the cap, I was told it wasn't done because if they don't have enough orders to move the machine, then I need to wait. ( I was NEVER informed of this prior) 3 weeks later sill no hat. I called in to ceck, I as told its ready, so made arrangements to pick it up during working hours, drove the 10 mile to pick up, IT WAS CLOSED! DURING THE WORKWEEK AND DURING WORK HOURS!

I was fed up, I called in ad was given some sob story about a death in the family. I said I understood and I was told I cannot pick up my 14 dollar hat until MONDAY! This is the worst place on planet earth. They don't care AT ALL for the customers! They are quick to take my money, but cant deliver as promised. AVOID THIS PLACE!
