Just a note to thank you for the excellent care you and your staff provided my Mother during the last several years of her life. You afforded her a very comfortable, immaculate residence with nutritious meals while always making visiting family members feel welcome. The birthday celebration you hosted were a highlight for all of us. I was always impressed by the way you handled her medical issues (which were many) appropriately. You were efficient in handling her appointments, medicines, taking and recoding her vital signs, and calling on her physicians and other health care professionals when necessary. Knowing that you were on top of those things certainly put me at ease and made things much easier for Mother. I was especially impressed by your early recognition of the dangers posed by the pandemic and your quick and reasonable measures to protect your residents.

I would like to very highly recommend your facility to anyone in the market for an adult care home for a beloved family member or friend.

We were so lucky to find Cherry’s Assisted Living Home when we needed help for my mother with 24-hour care. The home is beautiful and very clean, and the care is excellent. Mom was 95 when she moved into Cherry’s, about three years ago, and they really took the time to get to know her as an individual and to give her very personal care. They adjusted the plan as she progressed through some dementia but still able to read and participate in activities in the beginning, to hospice care for her last few months.
They also could not have been more welcoming to the family, always making us feel comfortable. Thank you Myrna and Robert and the entire staff of excellent and caring caregivers, we never worried about mom’s safety.

My Mother celebrated her 100th birthday there, and the care she received up until the day she left this earth was unequalled. The home is operated with the highest professional standards, and the Cherry’s as well as their caregivers deliver affection, warmth and love in great quantities.



My sister and I visited frequently, especially during the last four months of our Mother’s life, when we were almost a constant presence. We felt very much a part of the family, and were always welcomed. With only five residents, the care is individualized to a degree simply not possible in a larger facility.



Our family will never forget the compassion Robert, Myrna and the caregivers provided during those difficult final days. I cannot recommend this home more enthusiastically. It is a very special place.

Thank you Robert and Myrna Cherry for the care provided to my elderly friend June from February to September 2014. Cherry’s Assisted Living Home is a spacious, safe and caring facility that gave me and June’s family peace of mind during the time she lived there. Robert, Myrna and their staff provided compassionate care during June’s final months which was by no means an easy task. Her family and I were given regular updates regarding her status and we were always treated with professionalism. We were fortunate enough to find Cherry’s Assisted Living Home for most of my mother’s final year. She enjoyed being there a great deal. (They have a habit of spoiling the residents). These are very trying times for the family, as well as for the individual. When the individual is as happy as Mom was, it takes a lot of the pressure off the family. I have known the Cherry's for several years, and they have always maintained high standards in their care facility. Robert and Myrna are both highly educated in their field, and it shows in their professionalism. \

They maintain a relaxed atmosphere in their newest home, and the view of the mountains is incredible. There is a large open floor plan in the main public area that includes a living room, dining room and kitchen. It helps facilitate keeping an eye on their residents, and is aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are large and well lit, and two of the rooms share a connecting bathroom with a large shower and partially sunken tub. They are on the outskirts of east Tucson, just east of Houghton road Escalante, and they see their share of wildlife. I noticed a genuine interest they took in their residents, who always looked relaxed and content when I would visit. Once when I was visiting, I overheard Mrs Cherry thanking a World War 2 Veteran for his protection of her home country back then, and I saw how much that meant to the gentleman, as he related some of his experiences from that time. They serve up a great menu that caters to their client's preferences, and like I said, the view from the dining table adds to the experience. My father was cared for by Cherry’s Assisted Living Home for over 2 ½ years. At first, in April of 2008, my father was reluctant to be away from our home, but after 1 week he adjusted very well. The staff was very caring and concerned, and they adopted my father like a grandfather. In particular, if I had to leave town on business, I felt quite at ease that he was well cared for.
