        We visited your store # 9367 at around 2:pm today - Nov 2. The service when we got there was NONE. People in front of us had not been waited on. The place looked understaffed. I finally said something and the nice young man who was taking care of the drive through came and took our order - no smile, no eye contact - looked anoyed. Still no one on the front counter so I called for the manager - she came out from somewhere???? and was generally unpleasant. Food still not come out in a timely manner. My food was cold as was my husbands. The place was not kept up and the trash cans had not been emplied. We feel that the manager should go back to manager school. A " I am sorry from her" would have been nice. A manager should be aware at all times what is happening in her store and be willing to make adjustments to the staff to make sure that the customers and the food orders are handled properly. We had a restaurant for 20 years so we know HOW it should be run.
