AT&T

Sales person approached me as I entered store and I answered her inquiry saying I needed to activate a SIM card for my new iPhone. She impolitely demanded (more than 3 times before we even got to a chair)to know where I got it and another 3 times at the table. Then she wanted to know why I didn’t buy it at AT&T in an accusational tone and when I told her, she became sarcastic and repeated what I told he to others in the room. She was loud, rude and aggressive causing the manager to come over. I simply didn’t understand what they were telling me (since it contradicted what I had been told by the phone mfr) and neither was able to explain it to me in s civil tone. I am hoping I never need service from this store again.
