This was the first floral shop we set up our wedding consultation with to talk about our wedding flowers. After talking with Janice, who by the way is the owner. We were sold on her experience and loved all the ideas she threw out there for us. She was very knowledgeable and extremely willing to work with us inorder to stay with in our budget and Janice addressed all the issues of times, delivery, set up fees, changes in colors or flowers, when payments were due what was refundable and not refundable, etc. so when we left we felt that no questions were unanswered. We shopped at one other local florist and decided after a very disappointing consultation with the second florist that we were just going to go ahead with FlowerBee. On the day of our wedding, the flowers were what we asked for and expected, they were delivered with in the time frame that Janice told us they would be and she made sure that all the men and women in the wedding party including all the family members that were to receive flowers were pinned on properly and that all the girls knew how to hold and handle their bouquets in order to optimize the quality, freshness and style for the ceremony and pictures. Janice was correct when she told us that if you sit and consult with her or any other employee, than that is the person that will handle the wedding all the way through to the very end (the day of the event) and she did as she said which you do not find anymore in the customer service fields. FlowerBee and Janice give 110% and the end results are absoulutly beautiful. I will continue to use FlowerBee for all my floral needs whether they be happy or sad as I know FlowerBee will treat all my orders as if they were personally sending the flowers themselves. Again, many many thanks for making my wedding day so beautiful and leaving me with a feeling of ease when it came to the flowers.
First off this is a local business. Second speak English & Spanish & some French too. I've ordered from them long enough to realize that there are ways to save when you call from outside the city- set up an account with the store & then you don't pay the middle guy fees (like the "1-800-BoKayy" or what-not "services"). The 1-800 services charge YOU a order fee, a transmission cost & other fees so your $49 boo-kay will be close to 1/2 when received by the florist then they have to account for delivery too. Bottom line- go directly to the florist & save, especially if its locally owned! If you are nearby pick it up & save delivery charges ! I like this florist & their products because they give me all these options & have been good & fair to me & those I've bought flowers for there.
good quality, they have some design awards so they must know what they are doing. Plus they give discounts to us in law enforcement and have some kind of account where you can order and then pay later.I'm not sure how that works but the owner told me I'd save additional that way. I had one issue this Mom's Day with a delivery but they fixed it the same day & gave me some extras. I'm really stunned by the reviewer who lied about language! Clearly there is some hidden agenda here & it is simply not true! My advise- try them & I believe you'll be as happy as me.
