If you need to sell gold or diamonds Precious Metals Refinery is definitely the place to go. I went to several other places previously but was not always pleased with the service. Some jewelers were simply rude. But I received pleasant and excellent service from Douglas Palmer at the Eastside location. He was informative and pleasant to work with and weighed the gold right in front of you rather than going out of sight and as a GIA appraiser himself, was quickly able to determine the age of the diamond and the specific unusual cut. The price he offered was fair on market value. I also had a very unusual ring that he took on consignment. It was an enjoyable experience.

The only trustworthy reliable shop in town. I took my jewelry, coins and watches that I inherited to several shops in town. Precious Metals paid me far more than anyone else. They have private buying rooms that are comfortable and confidential. The other shops I was showing me jewelry over the counter and I didn't like other people seeing what I was taking out of my bag. Thank you again! They paid me over $7,000.00 more than the other shops I went to in town.
I had a very large collection of fine jewelry. I was very concerned about selling and proceeding into a gold buying place or pawn shop. I took my valuables to Precious Metals and the gentlemen and lady working there was so nice. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was very secure and private. I had taken my jewelry to a few other places prior and they didn't offer me anything near what Precious Metals had. Thanks Precious Metals.
