Leo was very good and helpful though he is just a new employee. He helped me solve my car problem and stayed with me until it was fixed. But their is an old employee together with him that complains why would Leo spend 35 minutes helping me. I told him Leo is just helping me. He just keep murmuring and turned away from me. I wish Leo will stay and let this old man do the refresher course in how to help customer service and how to avoid racial discrimation

Every Autozone should have a "Jonathon" our Jonathon could not have been better in assisting two hot and tired Senior Citizens with no Air Conditioning.....he quickly determined our problem ..no freon...two tanks of Freon later....we were assisted by a competent Mechanic...who installed......thank you Jonathon....you are truly cool !!! I went to AA after I had been looking for a part online, thru retail and several salvage yards. When finally I came across these guys they were very helpful, put a reference number on my part request. Paid for it over the phone and they let me know in less than a hour the part was ready for pickup. Jim was very courteous I will use these guys first when needing parts in the future.
