Love doing business with Sears, but don't like that I couldn't schedule with a person to discuss the problem I was having...had to do it on line. Had a window of between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Finally got a call around 5:30 pm from the tech apologizing that the call just got added to his schedule and he could be there in 20 minutes. The problem that I stated on the on line form was that I believed the dryer tubing/piping had to be cleaned out due to lint build up...the tech (who was great and very professional) said that they don't do that and that we would have to call another company who does that sort of thing. I could have saved the $79.00 service call if I could have talked to a real person when scheduling and they could have told me that. Frustrated.

The service rep was prompt, and very friendly and knowlegable about our washing machine. He did not have the correct part in his van but attempted to call other reps in the area to exopidite getting it. He ultimatley had to drive to the nearest parts shop and pick it up. The over all experience with you repair rep was excellent.
The Tech was prompt,friendly and knowledgeable.He quickly diagnosed the problem with my hot water heater and had the right part to replace it immediately.He even called the service contract person for me and I was able to get a 5year contract over the phone so I 'll be worry free if another problem arises in the future.
