My husband who has dementia needed to be transported to the VA with short notice. Star mobility transport was so helpful. The driver, Chester Howard, was here on time and even called me 5 minutes ahead which was so helpful. He helped getting my husband in and out of the vehicle. He was very professional, polite and friendly. Our appointment was delayed but Chester assured us he would be there to take us home and he was.

I had an appointment with Roger George on two occasions and the first time I was supposed to meet with him I called him to confirm the meeting was set then he changed the appointment for the next day. On the next day as I arrive to meet with him the office was closed. I called to see what was going on and he said he thought he changed days, then said he was 45 mins away. I decided I would have lunch to wait for him to which he agreed to meet up in an hr. His level of professionalism is unreal because I did not receive a phone call until this day. I tried calling one time after, but after two rings it was sent to voice mail. I would not recommend this company.
