O'Charley's

This place is just sad! Poor management, rude servers who act like they wish you weren't there, meals delivered to the table with some items cold or missing, long waits to correct the problem, meal often done before the get by to offer more drink (that was empty 1/4 way thru the meal)......and it' shoddy staff folks that is killing this place!

I keep trying to give them chances as I eat out a few times a week and live so close......been there at least 30 times in the last 5 years...and ALWAYS SAY I WON'T BE BACK....never been satisfied!

Luckily there are some GREAT alternatives locally---Rotagilla on main, Los Hermanos, Northlake Thai.......

Save your time and avoid frustration by avoiding this dump. It's like Olive Garden that crashed and burned due to bad food and staff and then Chillies across the street....must be the same staff there now!!

This restaurant provide high quality food at affordable prices.

The salads are fresh and the hot rolls melt in your mouth.
