        Replaced my front windshield with top of the line material for a very reasonable price. Didn't take as long either. Thanks again guys!

        I took my Mercedes C300 in to have the front passenger glass replaced and the service was horrible. Not only did they replace my window with the wrong glass, they left broken up glass inside the door frame, and BROKE my side speaker casing in the process. I called up there to speak with the manager MIchele and she advises me that it was already broken or it had to happen when the car was broken into. I advised her that that was not the case and I have pictures to back my claim up. The technician took it upon himself to glue the casing back together without informing me that it was broken. I brought my car in to have the window replaced and if there was any other damage to my car why would anyone in there right mind take it upon themselves to fix it if they are trying to cover something up. Again, Michele was very rude I asked to speak to a higher level manager and she directed me to the website. I went to website sent an email with pictures to substantiate my claim with no response. Please DO NOT trust these folks with you car. CHEAPER is not always BETTER!!!
