Three T's Irrigation

The company came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation. They came when scheduled, met their price quote, and even helped our next door neighbor at no cost. They were extremely pleasant to work with! After a contractor accidentally ripped up a section of the new installation, they returned and repaired it at no cost. We would highly endorse them!

Last year in order to reduce our sewer tax we discussed with Three Ts adding a second water meter to serve our irrigation system. They quoted $500 based on the water company, Aquarion, furnishing the new meter. In early May we met with Aquarion's representative to review the details of the meter installation. We called Three Ts to give them the go ahead. They now wanted $1000. After we reminded them of their $500 quote they agreed to the original quote. We had to coordinate the installation schedule with Aquarion to deliver the meter, turn the water off and on at the street and approve the installation Three Ts told me that they were very busy so they could not do the installation for weeks. They would keep us advised. After two weeks no installation and no phone call(s). We called and left messages at least four times. No response. They finally answered the phone on the 6th or 7th call. They promised to make the installation the following week. No, they did not come or call. Regardless of how many times we call the don't answer or return calls. Pun intended--they left us high and dry.

I have been working with Tony and his brothers Al & Joe since 2003. These are my irrigation guys. Great service, knowledge and easy to work with. We have worked on over 100 projects together and still teaming up to keep things alive & healthy.
