I came to Krista Wildberger a few months after experiencing a pinched nerve in my low back. Â I was very discouraged and couldnâ€™t imagine feeling better. Â After an extensive evaluation, Krista set up a treatment plan for me. Â I saw her once a week for a few months and I feel so much better. Â She is an amazing manual therapist and very intuitive to what my body needed. Â Krista listened to me and addressed all the issues I was having. Â I was given specific exercises to work through on my own time. Â I feel stronger and more confident that I can move forward now and not have to dwell on my back pain. Â Thank you Krista for being awesome!
