Dr. Pirazda is great - personal and personable, skilled and genuinely caring. Her office staff leave something to be desired, however. They are pretty cold and often have the patient doing tasks that (it seems to me) they should be doing - such as finding out where the patient should be referred to and obtaining the phone number for them. For example, when you tell me I need to find my provider on my own for a service the doc has told me I need, and then I provide you with the name, you should be able to contact the provider and give him/her the necessary information. It is disappointing and irritating for you to expect me to do this for you.
