I am writing this because of the wonderful experience i had with Hansons Windows. My first impression was with sales rep Matt Czernel. He not only informed me of the windows, but he made me feel as though I was a part of the Hansons family. Matt's understanding and patience made me feel so confident that I was truly buying the best windows for the money that I was spending. My intention at first was to wait until next year to shop for windows, but when Matt mentioned the savings I would be receiving with the IQ glass, my heating bill alone would come down substantially. I knew that the Smart Choice package was the right choice for me. Even after I purchased the windows Matt stuck around for an additional 10 minutes to answer all of my questions and concerns. Matt also gave me his personal cell phone number for me to call for whatever and whenever i needed. That extra touch made me believe that Hansons really cares. The day of installation the crew showed up on time bright eyed and bushy tailed. They took care of business. They represented Hansons in the utmost professionalism i have not seen in a long time. I didn't think there were any more companies left out there that would give me 150 % satisfaction. I will never forget looking at my old windows as i was looking at my new ones being installed think to myself, boy I should have done this at least 10 years ago. The difference is night and day. Just when i thought it couldn't get much better Matt showed up and made sure that I was thoroughly happy. I was beside myself with the personal service I received from Matt. He is friendly and genuine and I will definitely recommend Matt to my friends and family as their personal sales Representative. An example of his great service is the day after my windows were installed, I contacted Matt because I was concerned there were water stains between the panes. After explaining my situation he notified me that he would personally come inspect then he expeditiously came right over to solve the problem. This is when we discovered these stains were easily removable. I can't thank him enough for his commitment to my needs. He assured me if I have any other issues in the future to feel free to contact him. Once again, I would like to thank Hansons Windows for their hard work and commitment and they will be highly recommended to others by me.

Just had a great experience with Hansons Windows. One suggestion is that if the customer is getting a siding job done on a garage and they already have siding on the house and they want the two to match, let them know that the colors will match but the actual look of the siding may be slightly different. Jim Jewell (Our sales Rep) was very professional and accommodating. He stated several times that Hansons is a company that prides itself on 100% customer satisfaction. He stated, and I quote,"I'm not saying that we're a perfect company that never makes mistakes, but if we do make a mistake we do whatever it takes to make it right", and he definitely made good on that promise. Prior to this job I had some work done by one of Hansons' competitors. It was a horrible experience due to hidden fees and what I believe to be a dishonest sales rep. Mr Jim Jewell was extremely thorough in his explaining of the contract and asked my wife and me several times if we had any questions about anything.Overall i felt that I was dealing with an honest individual who didn't just care about making a quick buck, but who was more focused on establishing an ongoing client relationship. I had a list of three other contractors to call. Hansons was the first call I made. After meeting with Mr. Jim Jewell I saw no need to look any further.My focus was not just to hire a company to do this siding job for me. I was looking for an honest and affordable company that i could begin to establish an ongoing relationship with to take care of all of my home improvement needs. Because of Mr. Jewell's professionalism I was confident that I had found that in Hansons. Overall, this was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor, from start to finish. Scheduling was perfect, workmanship was superb, i was very impressed with the clean up after the job was done, and a Hanson's rep was constantly in touch with me every step of the way. I had a small concern after the work was done and even the way that was handled was impressive. GREAT JOB GUYS! It's so refreshing to know that in the future, I only have to make one phone call to have all of my home improvement needs handled.
Here is my experience with Hansons Windows. Barry came out to my house in Trenton MI, and gave me an estimate on installing a roof on my house and garage. I was really impressed by how professional he was; he answered all of my questions and gave me a little background about your company, which I thought was really nice. Barry gave me a price and I agreed to his price and gave him a check for the full amount right there. It took a while to hear back from him, but a lady called me a few days later to say that the installers would be there Monday morning, and by God they were there before the sun came up and did not leave till 6:15PM. They did a complete tear off and installed everything new, just as Barry said they would.The installers drove all the way down from Marine City and got here at dawn.I was really impressed with those guys. They earned whatever you pay them, that's for sure. I will for sure call Barry when I am ready for some new Windows. The last roof I had installed was in 1998 by Kearns Bros. A couple of years later, I went up in my attic and found a leak around my fireplace chimney. I called them and basically they told me that it was my problem to fix, and I did with the help of a friend that does roofing. Two summers ago, I noticed that at the front of my house, all the shingles were starting to peel at the corners. I called Kearns Bros and they referred me to Certain Teed CO. I called them and they told me to tear off 3 of the worst shingles and send to them for analysis. I did not; I thought that it was a waste of time and money to do that. So I started saving a few bucks and looked around to have another roof installed 13 years after the one installed by Kearns Bros. That led me to Hansons. Thanks to Barry and the crew that installed my roof,it was a real pleasant experience!
