Ward Eaton Towing

Do not handle your call in a professional manner. They tell you a time which is never met and do not inform you of potential delays. Would recommend you call another service if possible.

Waited 3 hours on the side of the road and eventually gave up and came back the next morning to call a different towing company. This company is ridiculous

Can't even get them to answer their phone. Towed the car away and can't get a hold of them or the car

I have used this company many times over the last 30 years and they are always there for me in my disasters!!!!! They come right away and address whatever issue I may have. They are reasonably priced and I feel they do a great job helping me.

Do NOT buy a used vehicle from Ward Eaton!! The truck I purchased from them had cam phaser issues and brake issues. The two months I had the truck, it was in the shop for a total of about 40 days. After 2 months of several unsuccessful attempts to repair the vehicle, they refused to give me a full refund but agreed to give me a truck of equal value. It took them 9 weeks to find a replacement truck and when I took the replacement truck to a local repair shop for a pre-purchase inspection, there were several things wrong with it and the shop advised that it would even need a new engine in the near future. I did not accept this vehicle. I would recommend getting a vehicle checked out at another repair shop before you buy anything from Ward Eaton. They will fix up anything they drag off the streets and sell it as long as it looks pretty.

Today I passed 2 parked ward eaton trucks, both had no flashing lights on and no evidence of what the 4 "men" were doing.. I slowly (5mph) passed them as there was no evidence of work being performed, no flashers, no road cones, and with 4 men standing around there was plenty of hands to flag people down or direct traffic if needed.. I was promptly shown the maturity of these men as one showed me his middle finger. I brushed it off and drove home. Before I was able to get into my home I heard breaks locking up on the road, one of the trucks had taken off at full throttle to follow me, locked up the breaks in front of my house and swerved into my driveway nearly hitting one of my parked cars. I thought, wow that's odd and continued into my home.. I was unpacking from a long drive and went to grab the remainder of my luggage when I was verbally assaulted by the driver of the ward eaton tow truck. He screamed that I could have killed someone, almost like locking your breaks up in the middle of a busy road and the suddenly swerving into someone's driveway is safe.. Thank heavens my children were in bed (actually he woke them up) and not in the drive way! I work in an industry that sometimes requires working close to the road.. I have cones that go in the road to warn drivers of hazards.. If I require traffic deviate from a normal driving pattern I will have a flag man make sure I can consist my work safely.. If some one does something that puts me in danger I calmly approach the individual and explain what I am doing, and why their action is unsafe. Any way.. If you see a ward eaton truck I hope your a mind reader or at least under stand at least the middle finger gesture so you can avoid an encounter like this one :)

HORRIBLE!

Waited 3 hours for them to show after they told me 25 minutes. When they did show they had old truck that broke down and didn't get me out or help at all! Charged me 80 bucks for nothing ! I called Scott's towing in Interlochen! They had me out within 30 minutes!
