        Overall

        I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I really did. Unfortunately I was given a list of things that needed to be fixed and a lot of it was perfectly fine. How do I know this? I took my vehicle to another mechanic who gave it a thorough inspection. He told me there was nothing wrong with it except for 2 things out of the 9 things that Redmond told me needed to be fixed.

        I will never go to Redmond’s on 14th street again and we have been loyal costumers for years. I went in today to have my remote car starter looked at and found out it was the key fab. No big deal. They called me and said it would be 65$ for a new key fab and to program it. I agreed. I went in to pick up my car and they said it was 145.00$!!! 78.00$ for labor. They said they told me that, but they did not or I would have never have agreed to continue with them. I don’t expect anything for free but come on!!!

        Fixed one problem and have my van back in worse shape. Took it back and after it being there for a week and a half, they still couldn't get it done. I sure learned my lesson, pay a tow truck driver to take it to D&W. Even if I break down while doing a u turn in Redmonds driveway....just my opinion
