Natalie is a saint! She helped me with a dress that I ordered from the internet. She was more than willing to alter my dress, but she ultimately got it to work. She is very knowledgable and professional.

I would like to thank u 1 for being open this week durring cherry festival unlike another store and 2 for being positive even when I told u my date was oct 11th we left w positive attitudes and smiles !!

Natalie's Bridal went more than the extra mile for my Daughter. The seamstress was amazing and willing to do whatever needed to be done. Very professional and courteous.

Natalie's bridal is AMAZING!!! Natalie and her staff took care of everything!!! She really cares about the people that walk through her door, and makes every person feel special. Natalie and her team work fast, and efficiently. You would be crazy not to do business with her!!!

I went here to look around for my dress and found one I love! I told her I would be back after looking at one last store and she was nice enough to tuck it away in the back for me! I went to Bay Bridal and it was terrible there! Natalie's has WONDERFUL customer service and the prices are amazing! Understanding the real world is something not every bridal boutique does, but Natalie's does!

Do yourself a favor, see Natalie 1st....if she can please the wife AND daughter (when no other place could) then she's my hero!

Natalie's customer service is top notch! I went to see her for my wedding dress, (unfortunately after going other places, I was worn out and frustrated) Natalie took my description of my dream dress and went right to it, and sent me off the happiest bride-to-be ever! I took my daughter in for a dress, and she also left happy as can be! I will always refer my friends and family there for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICES....Thank you!

Natalie's is the ONLY place locally that had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, she made time for me when she was busy, and found my dream wedding dress right away! She has a BEAUTIFUL SELECTION OF GOWNS TO CHOOSE FROM, and her prices are VERY REASONABLE.....I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Natalie has been one of the MOST helpful people in my wedding. Along with helping me choose my perfect wedding dress, my mother's dress, all the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and parents she also helped with color coordination. She is extremely polite and easy to work with. If anyone has an issue with your time frame then I would suggest giving seven months from the time you order your wedding dress, and six months for your bridesmaids. Prices are reasonable. Anyone who complains must frankly be off their rocker. I couldn't have asked for better. I would recommend this wedding shop to ANYONE!!

The place is small but has everything; maybe less overwheming as a result. Natalie is very knowledgeable and allows you to really look at and try on everything and anything. She has a much more laid back approach then most. My family has been shopping with her for years and have never had any problems.

I am very sorry that you feel this way. My thought is that when the girls were measured that they were in between sizes and I suggested the larger size. It is a lot easier to take something in than try to let it out. There's no guarantee that there will be fabric in the dress to let out. As far as the seamstress, I am extremely sorry about that. I do not know these things until someone says something to me. I have heard and read several comments about her and I have listened to them. She is no longer working for me and I am now in the search for a new seamstress. I hope that in the future that if any customer has an issue or concern that they would please speak to me so I can correct the problem and come up with a positive solution for all involved.
