        Free estimates and trouble shooting advertised, however the shop actually does charge for this after they spend time on a vehicle. Little to no communication regarding status of repairs, inaccurate diagnosis, and charges greatly exceed estimates.

        AS THE SERVICE MANAGER WE OFFER A FREE SCANN AND TEST DRIVE FOR OUR FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS, A VALUE OF MORE THAN 65 DOLLARS IN A LOT OF SHOPS... A LOT OF TIMES A TEST DRIVE AND SCANN CAN GIVE A TECH A GENERAL IDEA WHERE TO LOOK FOR A REPAIR BUT A SCAN WILL NOT SAY THIS IS BAD AND IF YOU REPLACE THIS PART THE CAR WILL RUN GREAT. IT TAKES DIAGNOSTICS TO FIND THE ROOT PROBLEM IN MOST REPAIRS. AT THIS TIME WE WILL TELL YOU WHERE WE NEED TO LOOK AND USUALLY HAVE YOU AUTHORIZE TIME TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THEN AFTER DIAGNOSTICS WE TELL THE CUSTOMER THE COSTS OF REPAIRS.. THIS IS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW...
