Grand Traverse Womens Clinic

The only reason for giving this clinic a 2 star is because i have had numerous incidents with the ladies that work at the desk with getting things wrong and being rude when i address them with it. I have had them forget to send my sons records in to the health department 2 times so its showing his missing shoots. Then showed up for a appt. to have shoots done and they schedule them to early and had to leave and with small children its not easy. The biggest thing that really makes me very nervous about the clinic is when my son was 2 months old the nurse came in to give him shoots and had the wrong ones for the wrong child. They where for the 2yr old next to us. Scared me to death and from there i question them about everything they do and i think that may get on their nervous. They started their relationship as a clinic on a really bad foot and at this point i have one foot out there door with this place. If it wasnt for the outstanding dr's i think i would be gone. Me and my husband are questioning if this place is safe for our childern even with the great dr's due to the staff. Am on my third pregnancy and we are thinking of taking our children else where.
