We hired Centilli to install stamped concrete for our walkway at our new home. Unfortunately, there was a defect in the concrete and within 9 months we had pitting spots. My wife and I repeatedly contacted the owner, Randy Centilli, to repair the defective cement. We contacted Randy (owner) to come assess the problem. After numerous attempts (6 voicemails) to contact Randy with no return call, customer finally was able to get Randy on the phone to discuss the problem. Randy finally agreed to meet to assess the situation. At the site, Randy stated that it is not uncommon to see the pitting and agreed to repair the affected areas. Although he stated he would fix the problem the following week, he did not return my 4 voicemails to schedule a visit. We needed to call back a 5th time to get him on the phone to agree to a date. Randy filled the affected holes but did not apply the sealer per our request as it was not eco-friendly. Our daughter's bedroom is near the concrete and would pose as a health risk if toxic sealer was used. We agreed that he would research non toxic sealers and follow up with a different product to use. We left 5 voicemails and have not received a return call. We coincidentally saw Randy at a restaurant and confronted him regarding his lack of customer follow up care. Randy promised to call customer the following week to finalize the repair. We never received the call. Centilli only cares about new business and lacks basic customer follow up/post purchase service. Living in such a small town, you would think good service would be the norm due to word of mouth. I am letting everyone know about my experience. It is not the customers responsibility to find a nontoxic sealer as Randy is suggesting. Centilli needs to identify from his various vendors an eco-friendly sealer and come back to the site and finish the job he received payment on. His product was defective during the warranty period and requires repair. Avoiding my calls is cowardly and unprofessional.
