I am very sorry that you feel this way. My thought is that when the girls were measured that they were in between sizes and I suggested the larger size. It is a lot easier to take something in than try to let it out. There's no guarantee that there will be fabric in the dress to let out. As far as the seamstress, I am extremely sorry about that. I do not know these things until someone says something to me. I have heard and read several comments about her and I have listened to them. She is no longer working for me and I am now in the search for a new seamstress. I hope that in the future that if any customer has an issue or concern that they would please speak to me so I can correct the problem and come up with a positive solution for all involved. Natalie has been one of the MOST helpful people in my wedding. Along with helping me choose my perfect wedding dress, my mother's dress, all the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and parents she also helped with color coordination. She is extremely polite and easy to work with. If anyone has an issue with your time frame then I would suggest giving seven months from the time you order your wedding dress, and six months for your bridesmaids. Prices are reasonable. Anyone who complains must frankly be off their rocker. I couldn't have asked for better. I would recommend this wedding shop to ANYONE!!
Natalie's customer service is top notch! I went to see her for my wedding dress, (unfortunately after going other places, I was worn out and frustrated) Natalie took my description of my dream dress and went right to it, and sent me off the happiest bride-to-be ever! I took my daughter in for a dress, and she also left happy as can be! I will always refer my friends and family there for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICES....Thank you!
