        seems like a very generous review but i honestly cant think of a single thing these guys dont do right. the customer service is just terrific. the gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly patient and generous with their time going so far as to invite a call from us on the road should we have trouble finding their facility at 203 E Joppa. instead of just giving us instruction they physically took us through every step from how to work the entry key pad to filling out the lease. what's more, this place is nothing short of a five-star hotel for stuff. what's next? room service? keep up the good work.

        When our daughter moved to the Baltimore / Towson area, she needed temporary storage while searching for an apartment. We specifically were looking for a very clean, well-maintained, affordable, climate-controlled facility. We found all that and more at Extra Space Storage. The management team was extremely helpful and friendly. Not only did they take great care in reserving the necessary space, but they were very helpful in providing the movers with what they needed on move-in day. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage facility.
