Trust the reviews!!!!!! I saw this place on wedding wire and thought it looked nice. I came to yelp and saw TERRIBLE reviews but after speaking with the owner (Gia) and letting her know my concerns I figured I would go and look at the space. Before I went me and Gia talked for about 20 minutes. She wanted the chance to "explain" the bad reviews. She went on to say brides come in with unrealistic expectations and the issues they have are not her fault. Blah blah blah. I ate it all up and decided to check it out for myself. Well upon arriving the doors were locked even though I had an appointment. I had to call for someone to let me in. After 5 minutes of waiting a young lady appeared, opened the door no greeting or anything. She had the most blah attitude I have ever seen! She says "how can I help you?" I say I have an appointment. She says "sign this book" then she leaves . Doesn't say I will be back, hang on a second or anything just leaves. After a few minutes she reappears and says "follow me" we walk through a disgusting kitchen (which I feel bad if you have them cater for you) to get to the room. The room is dark and smells old. She says "here is the room". Tells me the price and just stands there. If everything else including the customer service wasn't bad this is the chance to redeem yourself but no. A simple blank stare that's it. At this point I had enough and asked to speak to the owner Gia, I introduced myself and told her we spoke on the phone about the bad reviews and I told her that coming here and seeing with my own eyes I see why the reviews are bad. She asked what happened, I told her and another blank stare. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I'm not sure how they have been in business for 32 years!!! Terrible customer service and they don't seem to give two shits. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company and all staff are lairs. They promissory to make your party rememberable. Yes they do, by messing up. Don't provide some stuff and service what they agree and paid for. I am sure the owner is so old she can't handle it anymore. So she should close or sell business. Why playing with our fellings.

We loved the pictures of the venue on their website but what we got was unacceptable. We booked the room in May 2013 for a retirement party. It was horrible! They provided us with stained chair cushions, soiled table-cloths and outdated accommodations. Even worse, they were understaffed and the food was deplorable. Don't waste your time - there are much nicer places and life is too short. It’s really not what they advertise.

I can't believe that your company takes money, promises a Cinderella to a 5 year old, don't show up, don't return a call, and then just stop answering the phone when the parents try to find out where their daughters entertainment is??? I can't believe your company is okay with running like this and breaking the hearts of kids. What a shame! Don't ever use this company!!

The service and staff were highly professional. The morning of the event, the rain storm of all rain storms hit our area but it did not stop personnel from Baltimore's Best from arriving on time and providing "quality service." If you're planning an event that requires outstanding people of high integrity
