Next To Heaven Ranch
This is the most friendliest bunch of people you could ever come upon. In my travels in and around Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and surrounding communities, I have rarely found anyone as helpful, safety oriented, personally concerned and just down right easy to speak with. The prices were very easy on the wallet and still competitive with other like businesses in the area. My party and those of the other 2 parties involved with our zip-line and riding experience were treated as if we were the most important people there. This is a MUST do entertainment any time your in this area of the country and wanting to see delights of the eyes and experience the thrill of zip-lining.
First of all the horse I had is named Santos. Supposedly a "kids horse" . The horse was completely stubborn. Wouldn't stop, wanted to run, and almost threw me. I was so terrified that I couldn't control this horse that as soon as I had the chance I hopped off. The horse went back to the stable and I walked half the trail back. The staff was worse. As I came down the mountain shaken and crying, not one of them asked if I was ok or what happened. They acted offended that I let the horse go. No apology, no refund, no concern except for the horse. Horrible experience made worse by horrible staff.

This has to be the best Horse Ride in the Smokies. The Mountain Views are simply fantastic! The views will literally take your breath away. The ride is unguided and it took about an hour, at $25 dollars a ride well worth the money we spent, and the horses are well taken care of and not thin. The people there were real friendly and helpful, there names are Donnie and Deb Heil (owners). I will definitely make this a yearly visit. I did find out that their phone number has changed to 865-448-6947 and they are open on Saturday's.
