        Owner/employees are rude and do not fulfill simple promises/requests. Wanted to purchase "FRAGILE" stickers for a package- they noted they don't sell these but promised to write FRAGILE on the package to alert delivery of fragile content. They did not write this (even once) on the package and several items arrived irreparably damaged. When I called to ask why they did not write this they were rude (accused me of calling them names) and hung up. If this is the way they treat Torrington's elderly population trying to send children/grandchildren treasured items I cannot recommend!

        We have been using these guys for over 8 years and they are awesome! Never and issue, packing is super and everything arrives on time. They know what they are doing!!!

        Friendly, but incompetent. Great for packing & shipping a pair of boots, but don't let them near your antiques or artwork! Overpriced as well for terrible service.

        What a great place

        I received wonderful first class service - very informative! My items were packed correctly, insured and sent out fast! Would definately go again and again. No point going to anyone else! If you care about your stuff then don't trust anyone else!
