Very excited about Bahre! Took a chance on a facebook post and brought my honda to them. The bill came out less than what the originally quoted...I ALMOST FELL ON THE FLOOR!! I have never seen that before. saved 10 percent on the bill ontop of the saving for being a AAA member. I will be back again!

Just went and got my emissions down at Bahr, i saw an add on t-town chatter so i though i would give it a shot..... AMAZING!! i always wait over an hour at Valvoline, i got in and out in 10 min down there and they were slammed. awesome you guys rock my world!! never shall i wait again for emissions testing. oh and they had cookies too! ha ha

I recently went to bahrs for the first time with a over heating problem. I have been to several mechanics to no avail could anyone figure out what was going on. the service writer had a mechanic come out to my car and he figured out that it was the water pump just by holding his hands on the hoses. with no appointment he brought my car in and they gave me a ride home. my car was fixed by the next morning. i wanted to write this review for a few reasons. i was blown away at just how clean and organized the shop was, my car was cleaned when i picked it up, they gave me a ride home, fixed my car with no appointment, and gave me a great warranty which ive never been offered before from any other garage. i am very thankful to them for all that they did. they have gained my business for life. i hope someday they read this and feel proud of the great business they have built.

My 1999 Blazer had a chronic anti-freeze leak. The staff at Bahr Auto diagnosed an intake manifold gasket leak. They repaired it quickly and correctly. A few days later they called to make sure the truck was ok. Outstanding experiecnce, highly recommended!

I have been going there often for many years. Always good service, nice people,& I trusted them. Went this week & . got all of that & more. They do a great job, explain everything , even show & explain the parts they fixed. I trust them even more. They went over board on service & helpfulness. Jen & Ed are great ! So is Kim, & apparently the guys in the garage !

I have taken my car to Bahr Auto for almost 10 years. Ed is an extremely knowledgable and thorough mechanic. He cares about his customers and takes the time to explain what is wrong with my car and what needs to be done to fix it. His wife Kim is always cheerful and you can tell she loves coming to work everyday! I highly recommend Bahr Auto! They do emissions too!

RECENTLY, WHILE TRAVELING IN NORTHWEST CONNECTICUT, WE HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH OUR 2008 CHEVY SILVERADO. I MANAGED TO GET MY VEHICLE TO BAHR AUTO REPAIR IN TORRINGTON, ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF A LOCAL RESIDENT. THE FOLKS AT BAHR AUTO FIXED US UP STRAIGHT AWAY, AT A REASONABLE COST, TOO. ED BAHR SEEMS TO BE A FIRST-RATE MECHANIC, AND HE AND THE ENTIRE STAFF THERE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE US COMFORTABLE WHILE WE WAITED FOR THE REPAIRS TO BE DONE. WE ARE BACK IN FLORIDA NOW. IF I LIVED IN THE TORRINGTON AREA, I WOULD BE A REGULAR CUSTOMER THERE. THANKS, BAHR AUTO REPAIR!
