GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was looking into buying a car with an idea of what I wanted but kept my options open. I originally went to different dealership that I don't care to even mention prior to visiting Sharp Honda and I did NOT like the experience with them at all. Car shopping can be stressful but it should also be fun, too. Unfortunately with the first dealership I visited, we spent an hour and a half talking about financial stuff before even looking at car options. I just felt like they were trying to sell me a car just to sell me a car and that's not what I wanted. -_- Thankfully, I decided to visit Sharp Honda the following day and VERY glad that I did! My experience with everyone at Sharp Honda has been exceptionally positive and welcoming! I had the pleasure of being assisted by sales consultant, ROB WALTON, who was very professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable! Rob showed me a great variety of cars that I was looking into potentially buying, and also other car options from new to pre-owned/used that I may be interested in. He didn't show me cars that was out of my budget or cars that I wouldn't even consider which I appreciated! He was also informative and answered all of my questions without overwhelming me. Because of my positive experience with Rob and Sharp Honda, I decided to buy a new Honda Civic with confidence and I am very happy with MY choice! Even more so, I never felt pressured into buying my new Honda Civic from them either and that alone speaks volumes! Even if I didn't end up buying a car through them, I would've still recommend Sharp Honda to my family and friends! In fact, I've already recommended them to a few friends of mine! I needed a new car in 2011 and test drove several. Ended up at Sharp Honda, looking at a Crosstour. Tom Gettler was the sales rep I worked with, and he could not have been more helpful. We drove a couple of cars and then the Crosstour. Loved it. Rides well, has some bells and whistles, and seemed like a great choice. There wasn't a car on the lot in the color I preferred, so he found one out of state and it was brought in. I picked it up the day after Thanksgiving, 2011. Tom spent at least an hour with me reviewing the features of the vehicle, uploading my phone contacts, etc. He was very patient and did a great job. I've had the car serviced a few times since, and the service department is fast, efficient, and I'm out the door in no time. Special thanks to Tom for giving me a refresher on the navigation system as recently as last week, as I've had very little chance to use it yet. I LOVE Sharp Honda. My husband and I had been looking for a V6 Accord coupe with a manual transmission. We were told by a cheezy sales manager in Kansas City that they were the ONLY dealership that had the car in the eight state region. I try to trust but verify. After a few phone calls, we were able to find another car, like the one we wanted, in Topeka. So after a quick drive, we met Robert Dolan, a laid back down to earth salesman. Robert was fantastic. He dealt with us honestly and as if he had known us for many years. He was extremely knowledgeable, answering all questions we had regarding the vehicle. Both of the Troy's were great also. There were no hard sales and we got an awesome deal. Troy kept coming back to us with good, great, spectacular news. I can honestly say, this was the BEST car buying experience that we have had to date. I can definitely see us referring others to the dealership and going back to get another car. Robert is the best.
