Yellow Cab

Waited on hold for over 10 minutes before them even getting my location.
when the taxi showed up they let someone else take the cab knowing it wasn't for them. Was outside waiting for them and walked 10 feet to get the other people to go and they let the other people take the taxi from us.

Not impressed with yellow cabs at all!!!!!!!!!!
I dont know why they have this service when they cannot pick you up atleast 15 or 20 mins (which is quite bad) after the sceduled time.
Had a few very bad experiences. Booked the cab from my place in topeka to the greyhound stop in downtown, topeka. They did not show up and when we called to inquire they started talking rudely. Said that they do not guarantee TIME ORDER.
Dont they have a policy to atleast call the customer to let them know that they do not have any cabs ready at this point. And also we booked the cab 2 - 3 hrs prior to the sceduled time. Should we just keep waiting for hours and they never call, do they think that we are going on jolly ride around the town and so they can come and pick us up whenever they want and not when we want them to.

Hopefully other cities have good service but this is the worst.
We would atleast appreciate the fact if they could call us 10 - 15 mins before the sceduled time to let us know if a cab is available to pick us up or not.

This place sucks... Terrible ownership, treat their customers bad and their employees worse... It's better to walk than catch a ride with these people!!!

It took them forty minutes to send a cab. The dispatcher was rude. Avoid this cab company at all costs.

Awesome people really nice dispatchers. I ride all the time. yes and i work here its a great place.;)

One star is too many. This place was rude and hung up on my friends twice! Would not ever use this company for a ride!

Dispatch is very nice. Other than that they suck. Driver came and seeing that I had a pet-small and in carrier-he simply popped the trunk and made rude comment. Needless to say I did not ride with him.

Absolutely the worst!!!!!! The dispatcher has a horrible attitude, and very rude! I don't know how she keeps her job!! They are never on time...not even close. I hate having to use them!!!! I wouldn't even give them one star!!!

This was the worst experience ever. The dispatcher on duty shouldn't even have a job. Covered up HIS mistake and told me I was wrong then would not even come back to my address. If you're looking for a ride with nice people I would suggest capital city taxi.

Extremely rude dispatch. The lady I spoke to had to ALWAYS be right and had a very snobby tone. No no no. Never ever ever again.

This is the worst cab company in Topeka, Kansas....They suck there dispatchers are rude as heck...I would never let my worst enemy take this cab company...

Thank you so much for rescuing me from B&G transportation. They have the most dysfunctional , sad group of idiots in Topeka working for them. I prayed and God is good. Bless you
