Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores

I took the "Lazy Pants" sewing class at the Topeka Joann's Fabric Store. The class was fun and informative. The one downside to this class was that neither the story nor the instructor told the students that the course materials could run over $35+ (easily) and that shopping at Joann's requires strategically using coupons on certain days and items in order to get reasonably priced patterns, material, etc. for the class. If I had know that ahead of time, it would have made the class more enjoyable.
