The magnetic strips on the check cards FSB&T issue always wear out very quick, almost always before the card's expiration replacement date. The card / identity theft protection is very over zealous. If you go on a long road trip you could very easily find yourself stranded at the pump at an empty gas station in the dead of night, out in the middle on nowhere. Their card theft service protection plan does not cover you if you are forced at gun point to pull money out of an ATM even with video footage and a police report. If you already have FSB&T and need service call or go to one of the small branch centers. The main branch will not be enthusiastic about helping you or tell you they "can't" do certain things or that you need to do extra things, jump through hoops or come down in person (even if you or out of state) all when a teller at any of the branches will happily and easily get it done while you are on the phone.

New businesses be aware that Fidelity will not issue a debit card for your new business account for 90 days. Again, you can't get a debit card for your new business account for 90 days so if you need to purchase items using your business account you must use cash, money orders, cashier's checks or other methods of payment.
