“All of the staff are courteous, respectful and helpful. The veterinary care is as good as it can get. I have been a client for about 30 years. Dr. Davies has been a favorite of my cats over the years but the other vets are very compassionate and knowledgeable too."

Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic is just amazing. My family has been coming in for over 10 years for our four member clan. We have received nothing but the very best of care from the staff. They have ALWAYS been there when we needed them. During the summer of 2011, Jack, the youngest, became sick. My family had no idea what was wrong with him and were extremely worried. Dr. Miska (their primary doctor) immediately took control and after tests figured out what was wrong. Jack had high calcium levels. Since that time he’s been properly treated and regularly tested. In March 2013, my boys, Logan and Jack, were victims of food poisoning from Royal Canin. Apparently that has been going for a while and still sadly is. BEAC IMMEDIATELY took care of the boys. Logan was first but he recovered in a couple days. Jack sadly relapsed four times in two weeks, and was very touch and go. Dr. Miska once again took charge of the situation. A couple other doctors; Dr. Davies, Dr. Mahoney, and Dr. Barr (whose no longer there) also were involved. It was VERY touch and go. I almost lost my babies. If it wasn’t for God showing mercy and the amazing staff at BEAC, I could have. I love my babies more than anything in this world. It’s very comforting to know that BEAC, and their staff, especially Dr. Miska feel the same. Not too long after the food poisoning event Jack developed asthma. One time when I was trying to administer his inhaler Jack flipped out and went into a HUGE attack. I called BEAC and told them what was happening and I’d be right over. BEAC once again IMMEDIATELY took care of Jack as soon as we got there. He ended up being put in the oxygen chamber for a while too. This year, just recently in 2014, Jack ended up having toxic levels. Dr. Miska and Dr. Sondhi both have been helping take care of this issue. I owe BEAC everything. Jack is an extremely sensitive case. I appreciate EVERYTHING that they do to look after and care for my babies. Dr. Miska is an absolute angel. She has never given up on him. Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic will always have my family’s heart. I have recommend friends to them for their compassion and care, and will continue to do so. Everyone is so friendly and loving. I can not recommend them enough. If you want your furry babies to be loved, and be cared for like you care for them, come to BEAC. You’ll be very happy you did.

RUN DON'T WALK somewhere else. I was recommended by a so-called friend to go here. Took six, yes SIX different animals here. My cat had dental work; I was told the cat had a hard time coming out of the surgery and HE HAS NEVER BEEN RIGHT SINCE. I was told if you can't provide a urine sample,"no problem, we take the pet in the back, lay him on a table, hold him down and press on the bladder until he goes. We do it every day; all day long." The clerical staff was rude MORE THAN ONCE. It's true you never see the same vet twice and they COULDN'T CARE LESS. Just hand over all your money. I should have learned after the first issue - I guess I just wanted to believe there aren't people/vets out there like THIS!

I have read the reviews below and am shocked at the negative reviews. My family has taken our pets here since I was a kid. I now have 3 dogs who are my family, my life. Two of my dogs have gone there since I got them 11 years ago. My other pup is 10, but was about 4 when I got her. She is my frequent flyer to the vets, as she has degenerative and chronic health issues. The receptionists are always friendly. My average wait before I am seen is about 20 minutes. The vets I see always take the time to explain and answer any of my questions, I do not feel rushed. They send out surveys often to ensure the best service and experience possible. I do have a few favorite doctors, one in particular who I normally see when I take in my frequent flyer. Dr. Mahoney knows each of my dogs by name. I know she cares about my animals, which is why I go there. Expensive, I don't know. I called other vets offices and found that the fee to walk in the door is more expensive at other vets vs. Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic, although I did not call them all. Nor did I compare medicines or service charges, so I am not sure how expensive they may or may not be. They now offer a service to assist with costs for routine visits and have information about pet insurance. My experience has been excellent for all of these years, which is why I had to write a review. My pups are my life and I want the best care for them.
