I went to this restaurant about 4 times in 4 years, and I have to say that overall, thier customer service is horrible. There is probably one waitress that actually pays attention. The rest pretty much take your order go to thier little counter and sit in a daze. When some internal clock stricks they look around to see if you finished or not. Otherwise you have to signal them that you have run out of drinks or you simply need something.
Another item is that if they take your order wrong they make it a point that you were wrong and the cook has already cooked it so basically YOU have to pay for it.
However, I must say the food is good, so take out is probably your best option. However, Keep in mind that they English is a second language so you HAVE to make them repeat what you ordered twice.
Another thing is that, apparently is a side-effect of being Toluca. Some of the Patrons that regularly vist the place (rich premadonna's) don't like to see 2 year olds eating next to them and some are plain out rude to even try to yell out telling a 2 year to shut up if he/she is talking a bit too loud or crying because well what does a 2 year old do. This of course isn't the restaurant's fault, but I have seen this happen 4 times at different times.
Also parking is a pain in the sorrounding area (parking squaters are a plenty) so have patience if you decide to be brave enough to take on poor service and good food.
Factoring all this together, the restaurant needs alot of work on customer service. So my recommendation is stay clear of this place.
NOTE: This place was really good about 3 years ago but ever since they remoddled it appears that management has changed and it's downhill from there.
