Food is great. Service is slow and somewhat sarcastic both times I have had to call to clarify something. I order two to three times a week for our office (spending $30+/week). Plus, I always tip 15%. Today, I accidentally ordered for pick up instead of delivery using my app for the first time. After an hour and a half, I called when I realized the mistake I MADE. I acknowledged my mistake. The person "in the front" told the person I was talking to that the food was ready for pick up over an hour ago. I am wondering why someone would not have called to check to see what the situation was if the food was sitting there for an hour with a $26.00 order that has already been paid for with a 15% tip. Also, I would think that with a 15% tip an employee would realize that it was for delivery. I do not generally tip when I pick up, I do not know of anyone who picks up food and tips 15%. I would have given the establishment a five if I had not received an "attitude" each time I called. I still tip well even though service is slow. I might have to go back to JImmy Johns. I also usually only review when it is a positive experience. However, this is annoying.
i go here quite frequently. their known for their breads, soups and salads. their not your typical soups or salads. just about everyday there's a different featured soup. i love lemonade and they have the best. i tend to like mine with lots of lemon flavor in it and a little on the sour side. i'll definately be going here again and would recommend it to anyone. however, try not to go around noon. their packed and it's hard to find a parking spot and a table for that matter.
Panera Bread offers such an array of foods. Try their soup bowls they are wonderful. Their bagels are the best around and the bread is heavenly. They also offer a punch card with every dozen bagels you purchase they punch your card. After 8 dozen you get a free dozen and a bakers dozen at that. If you haven't tried Panera you have no idea what you have been missing. Go there now! 5 stars!
