West Toledo Urgent Care

My husband went there 2 weeks ago because he got a splinter in his finger and it turned black plus was coughing a lot. Dr Thompson was extremely helpful. As soon as she saw his finger …. she made sure he had it X-rayed.
Which was quick. She then tested him for COVID just to be cautious. Then she ordered him some medicine for the infection and also for his cough.
A couple days later his cough was gone and his finger looked much better.
I would recommend this Urgent Care on Tremainville and would go back there before we went anywhere else!

I absolutely recommend anybody to go to this facility they are excellent very quick and very helpful the physician I saw here name was Tiffany Raszka and she is awesome and very nice and she took great care of my daughter I wish I could have her as my personal doctor I just want to say thank you again Tiffany and keep up the good work.

I went there just this week. Second time being there and it's been great. Staff was highly professional and friendly. Doctors and RN's were awesome. The doctor knew exactly what I had and I will be coming back. I am in search for family doctor but I would rather want a doctor who knows my symptoms and knows how to treat.Doctors who care about their patients well being is hard to come by.I am giving this practice 5 stars.I left a very happy patient.

I live about 25 minutes from this urgent care but it is definitely worth the trip. I usually go to the urgent care in Maumee but went here one day after work due to it being so close, and I was in and out. This is now my go to when me or my son are sick. We never have had to wait more than 15 minutes. Dr. Brent is awesome and very patient! The staff is also very friendly!

I have been there twice in the last month and a half. Very pleased both times. The receptionist was pleasant, but the nurse and Dr. Brent were very professional and pleasant. I am very pleased.

This Urgent Care is minutes from my home, and I just found out about them. I called to ask some questions, and the nurse/receptionist (Ann) who answered was quite rude. She audibly huffed before she answered my question. I have never been there before, and now I never will. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to the Urgent Care with the friendlier staff.

I sent my son here . They did no tests, no X-rays , no nothing except write him a script. My bill was $420!! Of which I owe $176 after insurance. What urgent care charges that much?? Myself and everyone I told cannot believe it. Highly disappointed and I recommend to stay away from this highway robbery place!

I recently came in to have an infection taken care of by their staff. I received professional care and excellent information on what to do. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive to all my needs. This visit took less than 20 minutes. This was a great experience and I would not hesitate to go there again.

Went in for a sore throat yesterday.i was in and out of the place in 15 ta 20 minutes.They were professional nice and straight to the point.This is the only urgent care i will ever go to.
