My fiance brought me here from Columbus to have a nice, new dining experience. Experience it was! We had one of the last reservations of the evening and were still seated 1/2 hr. afterwards. They were out of the bisque that was offered on the set menu, my steak was under done and my fiance's was way overdone. His baked potato was so black, you couldn't eat it and mine had just been put in the microwave and wasn't done at all. I was told I couldn't get an app without scallions, my cesear salad had no taste and to top it off, the owner only comped 1/2 of one of the dinners and wouldn't even come to the table! He left it all up to the server to deal with the situation. Needless to say she was put in a bad place and I won't be back again. To me, it is all about customer service when something like this happens and we certainly didn't receive too much of that. It's a shame the owner wouldn't even come to our table. Talked to owner and he is trying to make it better! Very happy about this.
