We operate the largest fleet of sedans, minivans and wheelchair accessible vans in Northwest Ohio. Worst cab service ever! Avoid this company at ALL costs. They never picked me up!! I called the dispatcher three times and they didn't show. Wow is all I can say.
There dispatcher screws my rides up constantly.i need to talk to the owners cause this girl dont know what she is doing.
I've been waiting for 3 hours for a cab to be in "my area". It was completely ridiculous, I wish I could rate this as a negative five. I would not recommended this service.
I called two hours in advanced and still missed my kids appointment. They claimed there was "no cabs" in my area. Don't you think you should send one to my area. Anyone know of a better cab service? Black and White needs to be beat until they're Black and Blue. Horrible. I can't submit this review if i don't choose a rating so to all the people reading this review i was forced to give them one star.
Its a shame when a cab service is more reliable transportation than the public one your tax dollars pay for. Both times i used black & white they were courteous, showed up quickly & on time & took the best way to my destination. There was no 'shorter' way, the pricing was the same both times no one cheated me, those saying this probably requested to be driven somewhere on the expressway which actually costs more even if you believe it to be more direct! The driver said this themselves they weren't hiding anything, very honest people the 2 iv'e met. The dispatchers i spoke with
were nice as well, cant say the same for Tarta lately. The cabs were clean & did not smell, neither did the drivers, to each their own i guess. Will gladly be using their services again before thinking about that weekly bus pass, at least their cabs dont break down everyday. what the hell am i paying taxes for in Toledo!?
