Whoever says this place is not dirty is wrong. As an ex-maintenance employee I know first hand that this place is disgusting. We never cleaned the showers, or the sauna for that matter. There is dust everywhere..The management is aweful. NONE of the trainers are certified personal trainers..nor are they certified in CPR/First-Aid/AED. So if you get injured you're screwed. Goodluck. Oh yeah you're entitled to a 3 year contract. have fun with that.

I've been a member for years and i agree. I've never, and i mean never, seen either location dirty. Staff is friendly and always say hello. I have never waited for a machine or cardio. I'm month to month now and I'll never sign anywhere else again! This gym Rocks! oh and its LOCALLY owned.

Went for a trial membership, unbelievably dirty/cheap facilities and rude staff, considering they were trying to draw in members. They advertise how cheap their membership is, but the catch is that you have to sign on for the next THREE YEARS to get $20 a month. Its about $50 more a month for a short term contract. Probably because they realize that people who only get a short term membership won't be coming back.
Won't give you any information over the phone whatsoever. Found out this is because they want you to come in so that they can try and corner you into signing up on the spot. Don't even bother if you can't handle overwhelming sales pressure.
Didn't take long to realize that the next 3 years (if I had signed up) would have been a nightmare. Go try a different gym.

WOW! That's the first thing that comes to mind when Super Fitness is brought up. I've been to all the other gyms, and this one is a level above any other gym. It's the cheapest rate in town and the largest facility available. I can't believe all that is offered for their all-access membership of $19.95 per month, that's all I pay. That's not even a discount, it's their regular rate! They have everything I could possibly want and more. A massive cardio area (have never waited for a piece of equipment), a crazy big circuit training area full of pin-select machines, a free-weight area bigger than an entire competitor's whole faciulity, large aerobics room and full class schedule (classes are free!), ladies only area, a pool, whirlpool, sauna, handicap access machines, and even FREE PERSONAL TRAINING!!!!! It cost's like $80.00 per hour with a personal trainer anywhere else, and it's included in the $19.95 per month. There's also a tanning salon, nutrition center, hair salon, day spa, laundry room, and even a auto care center..what more could you possibly want in a gym? and by the way, this other person who left a review couldn't be further from the truth. The staff is VERY helpful. They also constantly have people going through cleaning machines, you can't walk 20 feet without seeing someone working hard. I would recommend this fitness facitlity to anyone of any age.
the place is terrible. its call 21 century with 20th century equiptment. You cant cancel a membership even if you move they never answer the phone and they dont even have a web site. I feel like im in the 80s dealing with them. you would think at the very least when you call they would have a messege on thier answering machine that gave some info like directions, hours of operation, you get nothing. Trust me you really get what you pay for with superfitness. they are terrible.

I signed up for 3 years. After a few visits, I found a damaged machine. When I pointed it out to an attendant, I was told ""it isn't that bad"". I'd think falling off a bicycle because the seat is coming off was important. My next visit, I was trying a weight machine and 3 members came over and told me to get off because they needed it. I pointed out this to the attendant and was told that ""they are regulars and are used to having priorities."" My last visit, I found fecal matter(sh*t) on the seat where another member must have thought underwear was optional and messed up the seat. I brought it to the attention of the staff. It was still messy when I left an hour later.
I moved from Toledo to Cleveland and they dont have any locations in this area. The terms of the agreement states that if you move out of the area that they have locations, you can cancel. It has been 6 months and they refuse to stop billing me. I tried to call the credit company that manages the memberships (Current Credit) 419-476-3206 and they never answer the phone. I am being instructed that they are the only ones that can cancel the membership, unfortunately they dont answer the phone, it just rings and rings.. how convienent.
