I absolutely loved working with Norm. He is the owner of this hall, and ever so friendly. I love how flexible he was with my husband and I. We had to switch the wedding date at the last second and he made sure that he had the time, space, and most importantly availability. This hall provides chairs and tables. The chairs are brown metal so you could use chair covers or rent from a vendor. When you rent, you get both the small and large hall. We used the large hall for dancing and drinks and the small hall for cake, gifts, food, and photobooth. Though it says the large hall can hold up to 200 people, I would suggest about 150-175 people, just to make sure your dance floor is large enough and people have enough room to move around. The large hall also has a kitchen area where you can serve your drinks (yes, they let you bring your own liquor too!) The large hall also has these colorful christmas lights that make for the perfect dance atmosphere and white lights that you can dim to increase the romanticism

We used Tremainsville Hall for our wedding reception in August 2009. The size of the hall is great along with the price. Norm and his wife are wonderful to work with. They get back to you as soon as they possibly can which is usually that day or next day. We were able to get the keys for the hall on a Thursday night to set up and decorate Friday since they did not have any other events going on Thursday or Friday. They don't guarantee you this but they told me the only reason it wouldn't happen would be a funeral dinner or another reception. The floors were update in 2008 and still looked really good in August. The other good thing about the hall is that they include tables, chairs, refrigerator and coolers. You can also rent the main hall by itself or with the small side hall they have or both together or separate.
I had my June 6, 2015 wedding reception at Capricorn hall. Rick was amazing, the facility was beautiful, and the bartenders were awesome to my guests. His price is fair, and I was allowed to bring in outside catering which was a main priority for me. He also offers clean up after the event for a small, nominal fee. The fee is totally worth it so that family members and wedding party do not have to stay and clean up. He box all of my things up nicely, and I went and picked them up for days later. I would highly recommend this facility. I have used it to other times, and the experience was just as great
