        Overall

        Excellent food. Outstanding service (if anything, our waiter was "too eager" to assist). I love their salmon, and their biscuits aren't bad either.

        Slow But Good

        To beat the rush arrived at 3:00 on a Saturday. 40 people in waiting area. Bummer was they were not even seating upstairs. At some they will realize they are always busy. The money saved in not having a full staff was lost on several parties I saw come and leave because of the long wait. We love the food here but don't come as often because of the always long waits.

        Shouldn't be allowed to use the name

        I've been to a dozen different Red Lobsters always good food ok service---this one the wait was 45 minutes --when we arrived we were told 5 or 10 minutes. We never received our drinks--but were billed for them---brought food out for my husband then i waited another 20 minutes for my food. We asked to talk to the manager to complain---and obviously a waiter came over (no way was it a manager) who said sorry--you just got a new waiter.---Not going back!!!

        Heavy on the Lobster

        The food is good, but the selection is heavy on the shell fish. Choices are limited if you don't like shellfish, even if you love fish in general. Prices seemed to have jumped up in recent years too.

        Purchasing Gift Cards

        I went to Reb Lobster to purchase a gift card. The process was quick and I was in and out in just a few short minutes, and even during the lunch time rush. I will return to Reb Lobster to enjoy the gift card and will continue to purchase from them. In the past, I've run into an inconvenience purchasing the gift cards at other restaurants, so I'm delighted this went well.
