The Boot Store

I took a pair of shoes and 2 handbags to this store to have the shoes dyed and to have loose threading repaired on the bags. The gentleman assured me he could make them look real nice and I left with all the confidence in the world that he would do just that. I also paid him up front b4 leaving. I went to pick my items up yesterday and was SHOCKED to see what he had done. The 1st handbag looked like it had been duck taped!!! The shoes looked like they had been dipped in tar left to run dripping wet. Dye was all over the inside and in runs all over the soles, they were suppose to be a darker brown but were a black brown w/lighter spots on the back where The dye didn't get. I was so UPSET that they were trying to give them back to me LIKE THIS They Were horrible!!! The Tory burch $495 light beige handbag had been stitched with BLACK THREAD & looked like a kindergartener had fixed it!!! The boss starting yelling "YOU CANT PLEASE HER!! She is one of those kind!!! Did u expect them to look new?" I can't believed they ruined my items and HE is YELLING at ME?.. No way to run a business

Yeah, don't go here. The girl helping me was super nice, she stayed with me for about ten minutes showing me boots, but her boss was a total jerk. They didn't have my size in a lot of boots, and he made all sorts of rude comments about i don't know what I want, and how girls always just bring in pictures of boots and expect them to magically be there. I'd gotten the picture of the boots I wanted off of their website.. He also told me to just go home to order them. They don't even have more than like 3 sizes of any boot anyways, and no extra stock in the back, unless you want Georgia boots. The girl was super nice, though. That's about the only good thing.

I bought my wife a pair of boots for our anniversary at this boot store. The costumer service is great right up until you pay for the boots. My wife wore these boots one time in her moms business and they left burses on her feet so half of they day she walked around with just socks on. I told her to take them back. No big deal right wrong! They told her that they couldnt take them back because they showed too much signs of wear?!?! Well I saw them myself; they still were brand new boots!! We didnt want a refund just a different pair of boots. Dont waste your hard earned money on these pathetic people!! Once they have your money they are through with you. No return business at this place from me and I hope that they dont get any from you either!
