        I called to schedule my son a ...

        I called to schedule my son a well check up at this office; it would be his first visit with this practice. After stating the reason for my call I was transferred to someone to make the appointment. This should not have been difficult, but then if it wasn't they would have gotten a higher rating. The woman that I spoke to in order to make the appointment was rude to the point of having me in tears after speaking to her. She was extremely belittling. I cannot review the doctors as I decided NOT to follow through with making the appointment. Frankly, I do not want to have to deal with someone like that every time my child needs to be seen and must wonder if the doctors really know how people are treated by their staff.
