Don't buy anything from this idiot. He needs your money before he can buy anything because he doesn't have his own money. This costs you time before he can get your parts and ship them to you! We called on Saturday morning and he must not get up and put his fuzzy slippers on until 11:00 or later. We're talking about a real douc----!

Mike Milstead of Scootertronics is - personally - a very difficult human being to deal with. He is beliggerant in conversation, and has hung up on me twice without answering my questions (questions regarding disputes over credit card charge / billing and shipping policies / and acquiring return authorization). I will never do business with Scootertronics or Milstead again. Great guy - great people working with him - great everything.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I totally agree with greekjr88 - Mike is an ignorant business owner! If he talks to everyone like he has talked to me, this guy will not be in business much longer. He sends the wrong parts and tells you that you don't know how to put it together. I have worked with parts all my life and I do know when they line up properly and install correctly. It was sure funny that when I dealt with another company that actually knew what they were doing and talking about (in California), that when I received the correct parts they actually worked and installed easily. Now I have returned the parts, Mike will not respond to any calls or emails about issuing a refund to me. He sure didn't have any problem accepting the returned parts back. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

the guy mike is a moron, cant spell worth a c###. they will send you the wrong parts and then leave you hanging. i will never deal with this guy again!! oh by the way, mike is a mister know it all and talks to you like your stupid!
